What's your favorite adaptation of the novel Les Liasions Dangereuse?

Valmont with Colin Firth, Annette Bening, Meg Tilly, Fairuza Balk, and Henry Thomas

Dangerous Liaisons, which starred John Malkovich, Glenn Close, Michelle Pfeiffer, Keanu Reeves, and Uma Thurman

or Cruel Intentions starring Ryan Phillippe, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Reese Witherspoon, and Selma Blair

  1. I haven't seen 'Valmont', but 'Dangerous Liaisons' wins hands down to 'Cruel Intentions'. Would you believe I saw a 'Cruel Intentions 3' in the video store the other day?! Way to fail to ever make up anything new!

Seeing as 'Valmont' features Colin Firth, it really begs a look.

  2. Ummm, is Colin Firth kissing an ASS in that poster? That's pretty racy!

I liked Valmont a lot, so I'd have to vote for that. And it's got Colin Firth, so it gets major points for that!
